Vata is defined by Sushruta as 'va Gati gandhanayoh'. Gati means motion, moving, and going, Gandhara means intimation, information, and hint. It controls the mind, and it is responsible for the actions of the mind including the functions related to one's thoughts, emotions, and memory. It is responsible for every action in the body e.g., all vital functions such as respiration, heart rate, and other functions for maintaining life, which is essential for human existence. Any imbalance in Vata can result in dryness of skin, constipation, excessive weight loss, muscle spasm, asthma, and many more complications. • Take 2-3 tablespoons (30- 45ml) of juice twice a day at least half an hour before taking a meal.
• Shake bottle before use. Can be added to fruit juices.
• Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks of opening.
• Avoid taking dairy products for at least 30mins after dosage.
