Suggested Use

Take 1-2 capsules with 200-250 ml of water, twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before meals. Start with 1 capsule, twice daily, to assess tolerance and response for the first 3 days, then gradually increase the dosage. Never consume more than 2 capsules in a 4-hour period and/or consume more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.
