• Vitamin D3: Vitamin D promotes calcium and phosphorous absorption which are required for stronger bones, nails and teeth. Along with this, Vitamin DÂ’s main role is to engage with WBC and fight with an antigen, thus helps in improving immunity.
• Vitamin K2-7: Vitamin K2 is an essential vitamin for blood clot. It also plays a vital role is in building and maintaining bone health; and its deficiency can lead to the risk of getting bone fractures easily.
• Magnesium: Magnesium is required by every organ and cell present in the human body. It is the fourth most abundant mineral found in the body and about 60% is present in the bones itself. Magnesium provides muscle support and helps in muscle movement i.e. contraction and relaxation of muscles.
• Recommended Dosage: For age 5-9: Take 1 chewable tablet after meal For age 10-17: Take 1 chewable tablet twice a day after meals, or as directed by the healthcare professional.
