About Bhutanese fabric:

Bhutanese weaves are vibrant and are inspired by Himalayan Buddhist art. The fabric is a result of the centuries-old hand-weaving tradition in the valleys and mountains of the Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan, where mothers passed on the knowledge to their daughters. The tradition stays alive today, and the art has been adopted by many textile weavers across the borders. Bhutanese weaves are colourful and very intricate.
